Hi! I'm Jennifer. So glad you're here!
After a 16 1/2-year career in medicine, I found the opportunity to pursue a lifelong passion: Fitness. Becoming a certified personal trainer is just the beginning of my efforts to help my clients improve their fitness levels, thereby bringing transformation and positive change to their lives. I am overjoyed to be involved in a sector of work that brings optimal health to others.
When I’m not taking my son to sports practices and games, you will find me working my virtual health and wellness business, my e-commerce company, or continuing my own health journey by hitting the weights, reading or getting outdoors.
