About Jenuine Health and Fitness

My history

Hi, I’m Jennifer —and I’m so glad you’re here!

After a 16½-year career in medicine, I transitioned into a lifelong passion: helping people transform their health through fitness. Becoming a certified personal trainer has allowed me to combine my clinical background with a deep love for strength training, movement, and long-term wellness. My mission is simple: to empower my clients to improve their fitness, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.


When I’m not taking my son to practices and games, you’ll find me working in my virtual health and wellness business, running my e-commerce company, learning something new, lifting weights, or spending time outdoors. Health isn’t just my career — it’s my lifestyle.

My Approach

 I believe fitness should be safe, sustainable, and empowering, especially for women navigating busy schedules, hormonal changes, or starting over after time away from exercise. My approach blends medical insight with functional strength training to help clients feel strong, capable, and confident — without extremes or gimmicks. 

 

I believe in a holistic, highly personalized coaching style that includes:

My Services

I offer a variety of services, including one-on-one personal training, group fitness classes, and online coaching. I also offer nutritional counseling to help you achieve your goals both inside and outside of the gym.

Because I specialize in training women, my clients benefit from a supportive, private environment that prioritizes comfort, safety, and individualized programming.

My Private Studio

Your sessions can take place exclusively in my private training studio which is inside a gym facility here in El Dorado Hills, combining the privacy of a boutique space with access to the equipment variety of a full training center — ideal for women who want a safe, comfortable environment away from the crowded, intimidating gym floor. We also can combine your sessions to both my studio, and the open gym floor of the main facility. Totally  up to you!
